“Superb. I made a pig's ear of the order as I couldn't do a bank transfer due to losing my card reader but the lady on the phone sorted it out within minutes so I could pay online instead. Got a text in the morning with delivery time and delivery was prompt. Gift box and personalised label very nice. My old boy will love his birthday present of a particularly pleasant Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva Especial Rioja 2007!”

“Super fast and efficient service, pretty much next day delivery which I wasn't expecting as there were no timings on the website - which did make me worry that I wouldn't get my order in time for the weekend (it's a birthday gift).
