“I needed to source a bottle of extreme Crystal Rosé at very short notice. No luck at local off-licenses. Rang Drinks Direct. Bottle delivered on day of my choice with one hour time slot. Handled with care. Supremely packaged.You even answered a phone call, on how best to store this expensive drink. Many thanks for your superb service.”

“After a problem paying with my Credit card unrelated to them. I rang the telephone number no automated phone to deal with just a very good person who sorted the issue within two mins. Goods arrived next morning bang on time. Great service and well done for having a person to talk to within a minute.”
