“Using the website was very easy and straightforward, no problem, the delivery was very prompt and reasonable and the packaging was very substantial so overall very good.\nYou lose a star because - having requested gift packaging - I then had to unwrap the bubblewrap and UNPACK that packaging, including breaking the sticky seal, because i couldn't find the gift tag and (correctly) surmised it was INSIDE !!!\nNot only was the gift tag inside - but so was the receipt !!!!!! Not a great thing to be given in a gift - and PARTICULARLY when i intended it to be anonymous !!!\nPlease therefore, in future, leave the gift tag and receipt OUTSIDE of any gift packaging - or at least clarify where it will be included to be safe.\nCheers for the great service - and lovely plonk - though !!”
