“The experience overall very good. Good value proposition. Their website payment online option was not working that was inconvenient . But we sorted it out over the phone eventually. Tha most annoying point is with the courier service they use. Citylink are awful . We missed the delivery once, completely ignored instructions to leave with the porter. Dubious they came a second time and then had to drive 45 min to get it from their depot because they would not rearrange delivery. Many Bad experiences with Citylink so I would suggest they change their courier company.”

“I found the website very easy to find what I wanted and the range of drinks was huge. Once I placed the order, the drinks were delivered with no delay whatsoever. I was particularly pleased with the order process as I live in France with a French billing address for my debit card and very often when ordering by internet this causes a problem. I encountered no such problem in this case. I shall certainly use Drinks Direct again.”

“couldnt believe it Baileys told me they no longer sell their mint version in the UK, so a vrey quick web search came up with drinks direct, i put in the name of drink, there it was.....................bliss, so i placed the order 2 days later delivered and in one piece too i was worried as it was coming from Bradford lol But Blinking Brilliant. Merry Christmas Wendy Hill”

“Sent some Aussie sunshine to mum in deepest coldest Scotland, couple of clicks and her favourite red was on her doorstep, in a day! Great way to send a gift from Australia that people really want, no posting, no wrapping just a great gift she was thrilled. Lesley from Brisbane”

“I ordered gifts for our relatives - bottles of Rose and Champagne. Easy website to navigate, great selection and swift delivery. My only reservation would be that I would have liked to have chosen the exact delivery date but since delivery so quick and efficient, I still think company deserves 5 stars!”

It is possible to select a delivery date by adding a Gift Box from the Gift Box Options department or ordering a product from the Gifts department. If your order does not include items from either of these departments, you can still request a delivery date in the "Shipping Instructions" box on the second checkout page. This information will then be picked up by the dispatch team handling your order.

“This order was so fast. Submitted the order late on a Tuesday night. Wednesday got the confirmation e-mail. Thursday morning at sparrows f**t the order arrived. Couldn't believe how fast it was. And....the glasses are ferfect for driking from. You can even fit your own jam jar lids (we've painted names on ours .sic!). Thank you very much.”

“Used drinks direct a couple of times now and would definitely recommend them. Easy to order and very very fast. Ordered my goods at 4:15pm and it arrived the very next morning before 9:30am just on a standard delivery. Very impressed! My husband loves his Guiness Surge we got him for fathers day, so popped back for more cans for Xmas! :-)”
