“The order was delivered within three days of placement and I received tracking information from the beginning to end of the process. This order was a present for a friend in Wales and I am in the United States. Sending liquor from the US to Wales is difficult and expensive. Drinks Direct had the brands I wanted at a reasonable price and the shipping was also priced appropriately. I would recommend their service from my experience.”

“The service provided was fast and efficient. The only issue was that the gift was left with a neighbour of the recipient, which was not wanted. Perhaps adding an option to this effect would be helpful.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read of the delivery issue you have reported with your order. The delivery driver should not have left the order on the door step unless their was prior authorisation to do so. This issue will be escalated further with the couriers to ensure the delivery driver follows standard delivery procedures. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

“The home page indicates that orders must be received by 5pm for dispatch the same day, but if you go straight to the next menu e.g. Gifts, it's easy to miss this. Then to find City Line delivery policies, e.g. what happens if the recipient is out, you need to go to their site. A link from your site would be convenient.”

“I am very impressed with your range of drinks as I required a specialist wine; Rubis which I want to give us some presents, I also was pleased that I had the opportunity to ask you to leave with my neighbour if we were not in. “Always loved Bulls Blood - as wine goes it fights well above it's price range - ridiculously cheap for a quality wine. It's not fashionable so couldn't locate it locally for years but now easy to stock up thanks to DrinksDirect stocking it. Bought 6 bottles & got a good discount. Not the first time I've purchased from them & won't be the last. Highly recommended.”
