“Delivery was prompt. Package was appropriate for fragile content and bottles were as described. I only wished it was made clearer which bottles were plastic and which ones were glass when ordering.”

Dear Mr John Mortimer, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read of the delivery issue you experienced with your order. Your order should have been attempted for delivery the day after you were sent a dispatch notification email. However, the delivery records for your order show whilst your order was loaded on a van for delivery, the driver was unable to attempt delivery. Your order shows it was reloaded for delivery the following day and successfully delivered. If a mobile phone number is provided, our couriers partners can also text an ETA on the day of delivery. It appears on your order only a landline number was provided. Currently, a majority of orders are being delivered next working day. However, the performance of our couriers partners can be affected where they experience an unforecasted increase in parcel volumes on any particular day and/or limited staffing, due to the ongoing public health issue. “I loved Aviator Gin when I first tasted it on a transatlantic flight with Virgin Airlines so it was a real treat to find it on DrinksDirect at a competitive price. I also love the taste of the Caramel Liquer which I bought on spec after seeing other customer reviews!.
