“Had a one day delay due to waiting for new stock, but they emailed me and told me and then rang me! Good service and then arrived the next day. All very well packaged as well, and great courier. Not like some! Very pleased will buy again from them. Thank you”

“The bottle was delivered next day, well wrapping and unbroken. Great. I would add that the amount of plastic packaging made me ecologically ashamed to have ordered it. Is there a way in which this non-recyclable packaging can be reduced without endangering the valuable object inside??”

Dear Mr Paul Dennison, Thank you for your feedback. You raise an important point on packaging and in particular plastic packaging. It is a balancing act between over-packaging and under-packaging items. It is important that an item gets to the delivery destination intact and in great condition. It would be ideal if items did not need to be repacked. However based on the reality that items get handled at various points in the delivery process, it is important the items dispatched are protected. In terms of recycling and helping to ensure the safe delivery of items, the ways orders are packed and materials used is reviewed throughout the year and in terms of our commitment to recycling, this is also important.
