“The purchase on line was easy, the correct product was delivered. However, I couldn't find anywhere to write a message to go with the purchase, it was a gift, and the the recepient said there was no information as to who had sent the gift! Also there was no way to choose a deferred delivery”

“Ordering for UK delivery from the US and had a difficult time submitting orders. Stated there was an issue with payment. Confirmed with corporate card acct should not be an issue placing orders internationally. It was hit / miss if the site would process the order. Very frustrating but finally got them to all process.”
