“After much research I decided to go with Drinks Direct, the 2nd year in a row. The process was easy, for someone like me who doesn't normally order online, to navigate. The service was excellent and the gift wrap and message option at the end was the cherry on top. I would recommend Drinks Direct to all my friends in the future.”

“I have used this company a couple of times and ended up ordering again on my mum's behalf right before Christmas 2014. Weren't sure if the delivery would come in time but the driver was in for smile when he delivered late at night 3 days before Christmas. Have told family and friends about the excellent service l have always found when using DrinksDirect.co.uk Well done everyone and see you soon for more orders!! Karen Welsh”

“I uses this site when I could not find creme de cacao in any of my local alcohol shops. As it was for a present for Christmas (cocktail set) I worried that it may not come in time as it was only a small order and close to Christmas. The delivery was on time and had text to confirm date and time which was very helpful. I will definitely use this company again as there was a wide range of products with good prices and excellent service.”

“I was rather slack in my timing this year for Xmas gifts, but this website pretty much bailed me out. For what I was looking for, I thought there was a great range. The delivery was extremely efficient (esp during busy Xmas period). Generally, used this website four or five times, never an issue, they do what they say they do.”

“I ordered on a Saturday and was led to believe, by the website information, that if I chose a gift package, delivery would take place on the date I requested. That didn't happen and I was left spending time and money phoning the UK (I live in South Africa) to change my folks arrangements so they would be at home to finally receive the order. Very, very unimpressed!”

Thank you for your feedback. The details for your order show it was placed on a Saturday preceding Christmas. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only - further information is provided in the delivery section of the website. To confirm orders are not dispatched over the weekend. The order shows it was processed on the next available dispatch date which was the following Monday and is showing to have been successfully delivered the following working day, Tuesday. An email is sent to the invoice email address upon the dispatch of an order - within this email is also a link that can be clicked on to track the progress of the order. We apologise that the dispatch and delivery service did not meet with your expectations on this occasion.

“I ordered a bottle of Ayala Brut Nature champagne because this is a very difficult wine to track down. The wine was superb (with smoked salmon) and the delivery so fast that I was amazed when the bottle arrived. Excellent all round.”
