“Very prompt and efficient service from Drinks Direct. Ordered wine on Monday afternoon and it was delivered by Tuesday lunch time. The only problem was a fault in the card payment system on the website which required a telephone call to sort out. The person I spoke to had the same problem but was able override the error fairly quickly.”

“Our order arrived next day, even though we had not paid for Express delivery. The three bottles were incredibly well packed and although we paid a little more for the product (sheepdog whiskey, out of stock everywhere else) we feel the bit extra was worth it for the service we received.”
