“I wanted a drink that is no longer available in shops. Not only did they have the exact thing I was looking for, it was not expensive like I was expecting it to be and it was delivered the next day! I couldn't believe the speed of delivery and the value for money.”

“Cannot get this drink anyware but not only did you have it but your price was lower than last time we bought some from a supermarket chain. Neatly packed and fast delivery not really much else to say apart from the one price for multiple bottles. Good stuff”

“Absolutely disgusted with the way my parcel was despatched. My parcel went out for delivery and they advised I wasn't home and left a card... I was in all day and they did NOT leave a card. Following day, I waited in again... At 5pm I then contacted city link and they decided it had been delivered and signed for!! I had not signed my parcel at all and at this point I didn't know where it was!! I then contacted yourselves and you sent me a screenshot of proof of delivery with a signature of my first name. The main thing that worries me here is that it is a +18 product that requires a signature. However the driver took it upon himself to sign it himself and leave my parcel in an unsafe place. After contacting city link they advised that the driver admitted to signing for the parcel himself and left it in a 'safe place'. Endless conversations and wasting my time and phone bill on this! After that conversation, I then found the parcel but I was disgusted by the overall service! I am forever buying alcoholic goods as I have now gone into this trade, but I will not be using you again as supplier after the experience I have had.”
