“My order was for over ?1,000 and therefore I had a few questions about it. The responses were prompt, polite, very helpful, informed and made things very easy. My delivery needed to be to a specific spec and time and they delivered exactly to this request. Faultless in my opinion. Thank you so much. I have recommended this site to numerous people and will be ordering again for Christmas drinks...”

“Was looking online for Asbach and various cocktail liqueurs; tried other suppliers and was becoming frustrated at not being able to find one supplier who was able to supply everything in one go (I loathe paying delivery charges for single items . . .) I'm delighted to report that DrinksDirect.co.uk were able to supply all I needed in one order, at a competitive price. The less than 48 hour turnaround from order to receipt, was just the icing on the cake. I know where I'll be looking first, next time ! - J”

“I have used Drinksdirect now a number of times to send bottles of Bourbon whisky as presents. They have never let me down.First Class business in all respects from point of order to delivery. If only the same could be said about all internet businesses. ......”

“Placed order, 2 days later get an email saying one of the items is not in stock. Had to then cancel said item and wait another 24 hours for delivery. One of my biggest bugbears on online ordering is out of stock items Amazon never seem to have this problem.”

Thank you for your feedback. There was insufficient quantities of one of the products you ordered. You were advised of this and that there was no information available on any further availability. Further to this information being provided you have requested the item to be cancelled entirely and for the remaining order to be processed. A refund was processed of the line item cancelled and your remaining order was processed for dispatch as requested. Stock availability issues can on rare occasions occur and we are not always made aware of availability issues from our suppliers in advance. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

“I found the web site easy to use the search was accurate and helpful to find specific items. The checkout process was easy and secure and delivery was quick and efficient. “I am having a 21st party at home for my daughter.She works part time in a swanky cocktail bar, and requested drinks I have never heard of to make cocktails for her guests. I trailed to a local large supermarket with very little hope of findng what I needed, found nothing, and returned home to browse the internet. DrinksDirect .co.uk was the first place to have all items on the stock list - and in stock! When I told my daughter how much the individual items had cost, she was amazed, and thought they sounded cost price.Everything arrived very promptly, superbly packaged. If I was to offer any advice it would be to maybe consider moving to timed delivery slots as part of the standard delivery - though the delivery charges were very competitive. I shall definitely use DrinksDirect again, and recommend them.”

“I ordered a gift set of Sailor Jerrys rum and on the gift tag I wrote "happy housewarming bumhole face" but when the package arrived it just said "happy housewarming" I was disappointed with that. But other than that the product arrived fast and matched the description.”

“This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this company as they are the cheapest supplier of the wine I needed (Jack Rabbit Zinfandel). They do an offer for 6 bottles as well. It arrived next day and was well packaged and no damages what so ever. I will continue to use this company as long as they are in business. Many Thanks”
