“Me & my wife was watching big brother & she loved the glasses they were drinking out of which were the Jeremiah weed jam jar glasses with handles. I searched the web & went through all the normal places eBay, amazon ect but drinksdirect.co.uk was just if not even more competitive. I'm so glad I got these as a surprise for my wife they were dispatched very quickly & securely & she was made up with them & the kids loved them too. Thanks so much drinksdirect I would definitely recomend & use you again, I'm even thinking of ordering some more as we only got 4 of them & think they would be a great talking point when we have a party or friends round or even a BBQ.”

“Would definitely use Drinks Direct again. Very straight forward. Ordered champagne for a relative's birthday and it was delivered exactly on time. I was kept informed of dispatch and even got a text the day before delivery to let me know it was all on track. Great service!”

Thank you for your feedback. The information for your order show a Magnum size bottle was ordered together with a standard Gold Gift Box, that fits a standard 70cl/75cl bottle. Details for the Gold Gift Box on the drinksdirect.co.uk website advise that the bottle must be a standard 70cl/75cl. Your ordered bottle would not have fit in the gift box ordered. As such the Gift Box was refunded in full and your order delivered the Next Working Day after dispatch. We apologise for any inconvenience.

“I live in Australia and it is always harf to find gifts with reasonable price and postage for family in the uk. You stock some Australian wines so I knew exactly what I was buying. When I proceeded to the checkout I was really impressed with the final price and postage costs. I received email updates that let me know my purchase haf arrived ontime. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read your order was not delivered within your required time window. Unfortunately it is not currently possible to specify a delivery time window. Delivery drivers have automatically generated delivery manifests which route the order of deliveries for the day. Drivers are required to follow the delivery route provided, to help ensure all parcels loaded on their vehicle are attempted for delivery on the day. The information for your order shows it was held for delivery on your requested day. However it was not possible for the couriers to attempt delivery before 12pm. We apologise for any inconvenience.
