“Cerys is brilliant with Copper who can be very aloof at times but she is very patient with him and quietly encourages him into the water. He is now at the point where he was get in and do a lap of swimming by himself after several sessions with Cerys.
With Copper getting older now, Cerys always ensures he is using his back legs properly and assessing the way that he swims to make sure we are getting the most out of his sessions.

“Brought my dog Troy to dragonfly for a pamper yesterday. He was my dad’s dog but we lost him in July. Troy is a little bit lame and the staff were amazing with him. He particularly liked Tilly as he went straight in for a kiss which he doesn’t usually do. He looks like a new dog and smell and feels amazing. “Brilliant service, visited for the first time with my new Puppy Maverick, the male and female on shift were so informative, signed up to puppy vip received a free bag full of items for Maverick to try.
