“I popped into Dragonfly for some advice as my spaniel has been suffering from a dull and shedding coat. I was immediately greeted my a lovely member of staff and I explained the problem. She was knowledgable and showed me the products available and what she would recommend. I purchased the products and had a chat with another member of staff who also offered me advice on her grooming and supplements to add to her food. Since using the products she recommended my spaniels coat is back to being lovely and shiny. I’ve purchased various things from Dragonfly and have always been really happy with their service. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the products are brilliant and do exactly what they say. The shop is so well laid out and I will continue to keep visiting and purchasing.

“Today we took our new puppy to Dragonfly. Wow the expertise and amazing welcome we received was first class. We mentioned we would like his nail clipped which they offered and did it for us straight away. They helped us with purchasing the correct size dog coat and collar and helped us select a few chews that he might like. Thank you for your help and we will be back soon.”
