“Such a good shop, the staff are friendly and are always there to lend a hand whether it is to help you find what you are looking for or give specific advice on something such as raw feeding. They have good variety and are actually very fairly priced considering the quality, to my surprise some of the same items that can be found at pets at home such as the slow feeders, are actually a decent bit cheaper. The dry dog food they make is also very good quality and much cheaper than similar quality food. My dog always likes being there and gets a nice fuss.
They have also expanded recently to include other activities such as hydrotherapy and dog play sessions”

“Norma LOVES the cows ears (she’s obsessed) and it’s been helping us build up her time alone as we begin training this while she’s little. She also clearly thinks the chicken sticks and beef pate are delicious and they’ve been great chews/treats to help us with puppy biting/training. Really speedy delivery and great packaging. Will be making Dragonfly Products our go to place to place for great, natural dog products for our new family member.”

“I bought Narla in today for her first nail clipping. The staff here took her up and had them done in no time all the while another staff member took the time to chat to us while we waited. I always get her food from here anyway and will continue to use this service as well. Also will be bringing her along to the play centre. They have so much to offer here and the staff are always so friendly and helpful”

“Superb service. Went to look for a new harness and the fitting service was exemplary. We have a nervous dog but the lady was really patient with her. We also purchased some new food in small sample packets to try with our fussy eater. They went down a treat!”
