“Honestly just a really lovely shop. You get to know the staff, who are attentive to your needs, such as asking if they can help you, and generally friendly. My dog got lots of attention today from the staff and was given a treat (with permission which is appreciated).
The products are great quality and natural which is nice. I assumed at first the items would be very expensive but they are very fairly priced in my opinion.”

“When we got Posy (over two years ago now) she was fed raw. Unsure how to continue this, Dragonfly were a massive help. Staff spent time explaining how to introduce flavours, and advised on how much she should be eating throughout her growth. Posy loves her food, and the treats and chews that we often pick up. “We like the fact that all products are natural. Zelda is a very fussy eater and will like something for a while and then go off it but for the last few months her favourites have been minced best pork and beef and organic chicken. She also loves pizzles and bird and sweet potato little trainers.”
