HI Sarah, I have just looked into this for you and your order was despatched by us and sent to DPD for delivery today. I am unsure why DPD haven't got your parcel for delivery today and I will look into this for you. The service we use with DPD is 'next day delivery' but as per the terms on our website, we can't guarantee that our warehouse will despatch your item next day if they are particularly busy (which we are at the moment). “I shop regularly with Dragonfly - mostly for bully braids or buffalo ears. I cannot fault them - the store or the products. Long bully braids are usually expensive, but the ones from Dragonfly are cheap enough for me to buy in bulk for my power-chewing bloodhound, and just as good quality as the much more expensive ones from elsewhere... and just as safe (EU sourced 100% beef). They are fantastic for cleaning his teeth. Fast delivery, and there's always a free sample of something interesting in the package too!”
