“Items were despatched promptly, unfortunately the courier company delivered my order but not to my address. I contacted Dragonfly and they were brilliant in replacing my lost order. I have used this company before and will use again. I like to support small businesses where I can. Products are great. “I have used Dragonfly several times now. I looked in numerous pet outlets looking for good natural chews for my dogs but most only sold the manufactured types, and when they did have natural products invariably they were small at a high cost. The natural products from Dragonfly are very competatively priced and sized as advertised. I would recommend these to any dog owners.”
