Hi John I have looked into this for you to find out why your delivery has not been made i have e-mailed you privately to discuss this as this is an issue with Royal Mail and the current strikes which seems to have had a knock on effect with some deliveries that were sent out last week. Thanks Customer Service Team.

Hi David We contacted you this morning via e-mail to advise that we were looking into the issue for you. I can confirm that your order was collected by Royal Mail on the 28th November but are yet to deliver your item and have not updated their tracking which has been out of our control. There were strikes taking place on the 30th Nov & 1st December which has caused some delays to the 48hr service that RM are offering. However we have already dispatched to you a replacement order whilst we look into the issue with Royal Mail. I hope that you find this satisfactory and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have cased you. Customer Service Team.
