Poor quality starts falling apart after a few washes (cold wash)

Hi John I have looked into this for you to find out why your delivery has not been made i have e-mailed you privately to discuss this as this is an issue with Royal Mail and the current strikes which seems to have had a knock on effect with some deliveries that were sent out last week. Thanks Customer Service Team.
Don't bother with company. They sent out to me the wrong order. Contacted them about it, had a reply saying it'll be sorted. They now have ignored my subsequent emails.
