Great quality but the size is bigger than the previous pair I bought in store. I am now going to have to return them and reorder a smaller size. I think the sizes should be consistent but clearly they are not.

The item quality was good and it was delivered as arranged but the item delivered was a Zip Hoodie and not the Pullover Hoodie that I ordered. However as I liked it I decided to keep it anyway but I feel you need to know and look into why it has happened

The Canon Crew Neck T-Shirt I purchased was very poorly made and did not fit because it was too small.

Ordering online fails to make clear that expensive delivery charges and import fees will also need to be paid if you are outside the UK (Ireland in my case). Order total €35 Delivery€17 Import fees €16 Needless to say I will unlikely use them again.

We do clearly state in our delivery terms that we do not charge VAT on goods shipped outside of the UK and that import charges may be levied by your countries customs import revenues department. I really like DML jeans as they fit me well, look stylish and are good value. Slightly disappointed this time as bought midnight blue expecting a truly dark blue. However the blue was neither that dark nor uniform, and indeed lighter than dark wash. Still perfectly acceptable but just not quite what I had expected.
