I paid for a endura t22 pro but was sent a out dated t22 e model and have still not been replied to about this issue! Customer service is a joke.

I placed my order but didn’t receive it as they did not have it in stock their website said they were in stock. I have tried to get my money refunded but without success so far ! Called them and messaged them three times… still no refund. I would never use them again! Taking my money for something they do not have.

7 working days and still no delivery. 3 working days and no reply to x2 messages. Took my payment quick enough then nothing. Really disappointed.

My opinion doesn't matter at all but since you asked - I emailed you twice, maybe 3 times about 2 weeks ago or more. I received my items, came across a couple of problems with 3 elux mini 11's with photographic proof of all of those problems. I made it VERY clear i didn't want replacements, i was providing customer feedback only and was not looking for any reimbursement. It seemed odd that there were 3 faulty ones in one box of 10........ I provided the barcode too and im pretty disappointed in NO reply, just zero customer service at all. Really disappointed because the Elux Mini II is a great and improved version of the original.

Disappointed. Sent email to them as the parcel was damaged and came in a plastic bag and one of the vapes were missing. No response offer of refund or replacement or what to do

Been buying here for a year. Delivery takes 6 days with the occasional delivery within 4 days. The last twice they haven’t had the flavours in stock so sent all one flavour. Meanwhile a friend with the same vape was getting next day delivery and exactly what she ordered the next day. So afraid I’ve now jumped ship for a better service.

Being forced to prove my identity to a company I do not know or trust leaves a bitter taste in the mouths of most people. To then also have your order delayed due to the lack of verification but to only receive an email amid the barrage of emails regarding the order and account creation is just unacceptable. I placed my order over a week ago and no one followed up to check if there was a verification issue or to refund my purchase due to the lack of it, you simply took the money and looked the other way - likely due to this in large being an automated process but it does not change the fact that I placed an order, did not receive communication from anyone stating it will not be delivered and to also then have an email with a royal mail tracking number just completely confuses the situation and has led to my experience with you being less than favourable. I was only able to find out there was an issue by speaking with a representative that was very friendly and helpful but unfortunately, my experience had already been tarnished. For this reason, I am leaving a 1-star review and will not be ordering in the future.

Ordered some elux 3500 puff vapes and they sent the no Nic ones when i very much selected the nicotine option. Not happy at all
