My opinion doesn't matter at all but since you asked - I emailed you twice, maybe 3 times about 2 weeks ago or more.
I received my items, came across a couple of problems with 3 elux mini 11's with photographic proof of all of those problems. I made it VERY clear i didn't want replacements, i was providing customer feedback only and was not looking for any reimbursement. It seemed odd that there were 3 faulty ones in one box of 10........
I provided the barcode too and im pretty disappointed in NO reply, just zero customer service at all. Really disappointed because the Elux Mini II is a great and improved version of the original.
