“I had to pay $10 to return a $20 brush. I like to support businesses directly instead of going to Amazon but in this case I made a mistake. When I emailed to inquire about a return it took days for someone to get back to me. Not happy with the customer service.”

“I had problems with some brushes that I had ordered over the last year and I wrote to Denman and gave them my order numbers and they replaced everyone of them. I have already received them. Thank you”

“As a hairdresser quite disappointed with my order . The box I ordered was crushed The curl brush was totally scratched Both brushes have tiny handles Thought I was ordering products made in the Uk but were shipped into Northern Ireland. And not made in the Uk Far too late for the birthday present . 11 days to arrive not 48hours . Made another order from samurai scissors same day which arrived within the 48 hours .”

“I have been using Denman brushes all my life and wont use any other brand. I was so excited to find this site with lots of different colours and patterns on the brushes, ive always had plain black or white. I loved the designs so much i brought quite a few.”
