“The denman headhugger brushes are some of the best I have used. They glide easy through hair without making knots, able to create volume and smoothness. Definitely recommend.”

“I had some questions about my new brushes and customer service was excellent. Very quick response and answered my questions thoroughly. I was using a wide double toothed comb in the shower that held my curl pattern but after 6 months, my hair was falling out. I switched to the D38 brush and, while difficult to adjust to, the breakage is minimal. Which I am very happy about. I have not used the paddle brush but it looks sturdy”

“Easy to find the brush that I needed. I used a Denman brush 20 years ago but lost it. Pretty sure I got it from my aunt's beauty shop. Over time I couldn't remember what brand it was. Had been looking online for yet another hair brush to add to my collection that don't work. Saw the style of Denman brush I used 20 years ago. I bought 2 of the D4 Honolulu Yellow Original Styler 9 row. My granddaughter "borrowed" one of them for her curly hair. She loves it too.”

“I have large hands and I find that all of the brushes I ordered are not large enough. If I had smaller hands, maybe. But I'm having to get creative and just should have gotten a cheaper brush that fits my hands better. If you have large hands, I would look elsewhere.”

“My hair is relaxed, so it's hard to decide which brush is right for me from the website. I technically have coily hair, but it's chemically straightened, so there's a blend of textures at any given time. I went with what forums suggested off-site.”

“I've used Denman D7 brushes for over 30 years, and they're still the best I've ever found for my long (now silvery) gently wavy hair. They glide through my wet, clean hair to easily take out the tangles after washing, and I always carry a small one in my purse to brush tangles out when I'm away all day. I bought 3 D7s this time and one smaller brush and gave one D7 to a friend who borrowed mine and loved using it on her long, super wavy hair. She loves it too!”
