“Excellent customer service. I wanted to renew the rubber bed and bristles on a much loved old brush so I emailed Denman directly. I was delighted to hear from Jill that this was possible and she sent a link to the relevant page so I could order it. Very happy with speed of delivery and quality of product.”

“Replacement heads arrived promptly. They fitted the old handles with a bit of a squeeze but are now firmly in place. The new heads are much better than the old one which was losing bristles. Good to be able to repair rather than buy whole new brush.”

“I've had the same brush for over 25 years. Ok, I've changed the head twice, but it is a super little brush which I am now rather fond of and I am so pleased I can get replacement heads, keep it and reduce the impact on the planet too.”

“I bought this head hugger brush as a spare for holidays as I am so pleased with the one that I already have. However, although it’s the same size and shape the bristles are much softer. It doesn’t hold the hair firmly when blow drying and doesn’t give as good a finished result. In conclusion I’m disappointed with it.”

“After years since I bought my last lived Denman brush I was so disappointed with my new purchase. The handle was so thin and not comfortable to hold. The overall brush was not up to what I wanted. I donated it to Goodwill. I won’t be purchasing from Denman agaun.”

Hello Linda, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear your new brush did not work out for you. Your previous brush may have been our D5 - 9 row heavy weighted brush which was slightly larger and had a matt finish to the handle. This brush is now discontinued, however we do have our D4 - 9 row brush which is available in both gloss and a matt finish handle.
