“The brush design I had ordered became out of stock before they could ship, they contacted me to let me know and gave me a choice of a different design, excellent service and got a free gift for the inconvenience, which I though was generous for something that just happens. Will definately shop with them again x”

“What a great idea! I was able to replace the rubber and bristles on my Denman brush, thereby reducing plastic waste, as the handle was in perfect condition. How about selling just the replacement plastic bristles as on all of my Denman brushes this is the part that bends and gets disformed over time, the rubber part is usually ok, just an idea. Love your brushes, they're the only make I use.”
