“While I am appreciative of customer service reaching out after my purchase to see how things were working, and actually responding (albeit quite generically), overall it's very frustrating to not have an satisfaction guarantee on products this expensive. You can only get a refund if you don't use the brush which makes sense for hygiene, but it penalizes you for giving it a try. So now I'm stuck with a $25 brush and a $35 brush that I hate, when my drug store $2 comb and $4 brush work better. There is no guidance at all on the website for how to choose the right products, you shouldn't have to contact customer service for everything”

On our website we have divided our brushes into sections for different hair types and uses to help customers decide which brush may be suitable for them. “Nice design and materials. It doesn't pull on my hair and brushes out all the tangles in a pain-free way. I use it to get tangles out of my wet hair before using curling cream/mousse. I am already looking at other Denman brushes to add to my collection.”

“Prompt delivery to New Zealand. I was disappointed that the slightly heavier brush is no longer available. So settled for the lighter weight after my previous Denman brushes have developed bends in the bristles!!”

Our D5 heavy weighted brush is now discontinued but our D4 is approximately the same size and also has the same number of pins. “This brush is wonderful!! Our daughter would cry and scream when we would brush her hair with a pick, brush, or comb. She does not cry or scream when using this brush. Her hair can be full of tangles and this brush takes them out quickly. I am sooooooo IMPRESSED with this brush! Great quality product that works! Definitely recommend. Thank you Denman brush for making hir brushing easier for our family.”
