“This is the best brush I have had in ages I highly recommend, it doesn’t pull your hair it makes your hair really soft and great quality! The clip is also the only one I’ve found that actually holds my hair in place. Would definitely recommend”

“Bristle cant stand the heat. The bristles bended by blowdryer's 300f heat. There should be a disclaimer stating it can be used with heat lower than 300f. The bent bristles broke more strands than usual. Customer service did not grant my 12 year guarantee.”

Hi, thank you for your review. Our D94L brush has a very high heat tolerance of over 200c, most materials will weaken if sustained heat is applied to one area. “Very disappointed, the "bristles" on this brush are very stiff and rough on the scalp, and handle is too small in relation to the size of the rest of the brush to be ergonomic. Not worth the investment.”
