“Site is informational and easy to use. Customer service is polite and efficient. When my order wasn't delivered they sent me a replacement right away. I would recommend advising customers to wait a few extra days or have the shipping information updated since my replacement arrived a few days after it said it was delivered.”

“Brilliant brushes: I bought the x-small (as a replacement for a previous Denman brush) and also the small. The handles are soft and comfortable. I like the shaped barrel too, it works well with my very fine hair. This is the only make I would use now, because they’re great. I also bought them when there was a free postage offer, which was an unexpected bonus.”

“I have thin curly hair. I got the seven rows styler after seeing many people use it on YouTube for their curly hair. Sadly, the brush makes me curls club so much that my scalp looks like I am partially bald.”

“My experience was pretty hassle-free concerning navigating the website and making my purchase. It seems that there are frequent promotions. My order was received within 2 days of purchase! I was impressed to hear from a hair expert via email to see how things were going with the brushes. I asked for a few suggestions with using the individual brushes so I am looking forward to hearing back.”
