“Just the right size and combination of bristle and nylon suits my hair. When cleaning the brstles with a comb, the rubber base has a tendency to come out of the brush which is annoying.”

“Paired with a good hair moisturiser this Denman D12 glides through my Afro 4c Hair like water. Great for all-around detangling and defining. Combs through Small-medium sections just fine. Think of it like a brush-comb. Would be excited to see a bigger brush version, (with same row style) for larger detangling!”

“The tips of the pointing parts are very sharp and hurt my head, and i doubt are good for my hair. I expected much better for the price. someone from the company contacted me after my brush arrived to see how much I liked the brush. when I told her about how the pointy tips hurt she just said that that's the way they are and they get rounded off from use. Why not make them rounded off before selling them?”

Hello Amy, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your brush was a little hard on your scalp. The pins of our D3 are manufactured smooth and rounded for no catch or drag in the hair. “Newcomer to Denman. Brush is so stiff my hair got stuck in it. Curls weren't any better for the agony. In turn, Denman told me the bristles would soften over time (how much hair that will cost me, they didn't say) and sent me TikTok videos to watch for advice. Tiktok vids. That's the company's idea of assistance. So far, so not worth the crazy amout of money these brushes cost.”
