“Not a fan of the brush. Unfortunately the return policy is irrelevant. Does not allow you to return once you have used….. do not understand as there is no way to know if the brush meets your needs until you have used. However, customer service on the front end while finding the best brush for your hair type and ordering was above expectations. Please adopt a more customer friendly return policy.”

“I'm a 20 year veteran of Denman Brushes. With thicker than usual Asian hair, this brush, through the years, has kept my hair healthy, strong and well-conditioned. The bristles stimulate my scalp and distribute normal hair oil evenly all the way down to the tips. I've tried other brushes and they don't compare to the quality of Denman.”

“I haven't received my package yet so I can't tell if the brushes are good or not. Probably their products are pretty good but their international shipping services are lacking a lot.”

Hi Kelly, Thanks for sharing your delivery feedback via your review. I am sorry that you are disappointed with how long it is taking for your parcel to arrive. I have reviewed your order and can confirm that you placed your order on December 5th and we dispatched it on the morning of December 6th. I tracked its journey using the Royal Mail tracking link and can see that they flew your parcel to Nicaragua on December 9th and gave it to the local customs team who are still processing your parcel. We try to be as open and honest as we can about delivery times as much of the parcel's journey is out of our control. In our FAQ's we let customers know that international delivery can take up to five weeks due to customs delays, although with many government agencies closing over the festive period it might take longer. I am sorry that it is taking longer than you hoped for your parcel to arrive. The fastest way to get help is via our live chat or by emailing our customer services team. Take Care Jamie

“I bought my first one in the late 1970s. I’m sure it was way past its expiration date when I replaced it in the 2000s. That one lasted easily ten years when I noticed the red part had started to tear. Any other brush just doesn’t feel right.”
