“I ordered a new brush and a replacement pad for an old brush. The order was delivered quickly and the new pad has made the old brush as good as new. I have been buying Denman brushes since the late 1970's and they last really well I have not bought many.”

“Not truly a 'free exchanges' policy here - you have to pay for return shipping and take it to a drop off point. Disappointing when it's for an exchange and you're still giving them business. Customer service had a 'I just work here' attitude about it.”

“I ordered 3 Denman palm stylers - one for me and one each for my 2 sons. It was an easy job to order, pay and arrange the free delivery. The delivery was made by the postman when it was supposed to. All in all a very pleasant buying experience”

“Received the wrong brush after a month of waiting. After getting in touch I was offered the right one, then later told i would get a refund instead. I went out of my way to order from denman and not amazon, and didnt get what i wanted. trying to support the original company did not work. i wanted the product not a refund.”

“I buy the hair clips quite often as they are great for fine hair and stay in place. Just would like another colour as they're always black”
