Microwave 6 years old and still works perfectly, recently bought air fryer and most impressed, it does everything well and is larger than the competition. The rotisserie is a treat to use and is so much better than the outgoing fryer which cost double.

This is the 2nd speaker I'm purchasing, I alreaddy have one which is quite good and at this reduced price it's hard to resist. I cannot comment on their customer service not used it yet, the delivery service is quick with-in 5 working days not had to return any thing so far will update on experience if a retun or refund is necessary

My old Halogen oven died and am very pleased to get a replacement. All good so far apart from the tong things which are useless- why bother with them as everything else is good.

After over 15 days of ordering item, i email them as good have not turned up, a day or two later they say they lost my order, more like it was never in stock, dishonest company

Love the Air Fryer. Good price. Had trouble trying to sort the warranty out. Customer service was very good and soon sorted it out for me. Just wish had more details, on cooking meals. Chips cooked lovely, better than in the oven. Would recommend it

Very challenging to contact & these ticket notifications aren’t very user friendly, Evri said they had delivered when clearly they hadn’t to a local parcel shop. Ended up contacting my bank for a section 75 then a refund appeared. Very disappointed 😫

The air fryer I wanted was out of stock everywhere so put an email alert on the Daewoo Elecricals site. I was emailed to say a few were in stock ,ordered straight away and in a matter of days my oven arrived. Brilliant service can't ask for more. Well done Daewoo.

I attempted to purchase this item from a third party and was told in was in stock and then they cancelled my order! I then decided to go straight to the manufacturer who advised me by email when the item was in stock. Excellent service package arrived on time and they also offer an additional 2 year’s warranty.

Item arrived damaged. No replacement on offer. Return pickup was not on the agreed date. Tracking said they had got the item back but they said they had not received it. Customer service were friendly though.

Daewoo has a website that is very easy to find your way around. I found the headphones I wanted to have and ordered two pairs. I had an acknowledgement immediately and a promised delivery day. They arrived earlier. One odd thing, they came as two separate packages. In these days of recycle, why couldn't they be packed as one.

Ordered 23rd november chased irxwr tolc now dispatched via evri Evri sayz still not recieved it poor customer service poor communication not happy and it waz for a birthday which has now passed

Ordering to delivery was very professional keeping us informed the whole time. The air fryer is better than expected. We especially like it being see through so as not having to keep opening and checking. Used everyday
