I bought a deawoo power blender.really impressed with the product.very easy to use and it does what it says very powerful I used it to blend my peppers for making stew and whao it blends smoothly ,not noisy I am very happy with the product that I will recommend it to my friends

Purchased a 2500w oil radiator on Monday 21/10/25 delivered Thursday 28/10/25 no instructions damaged to side missing bracket.customer don’t care dept poor .tell me to send photos of it ,after getting it to the garage I 75 phoning them number does not exist.told them send me a replacement.no point in giving you a 3 year warranty.when they can not sort something Ive just had delivered.sure this has been out before very very disappointing

As per the YOU magazine and your advert for a CORDLESS vacuum advert , I believed I’d ordered the same, st the same price same write up, so I’m not happy that a corded one has arrived! I’m not disbuting it’s quality but your marketing ! I needed this item for my third floor Short of space room, the cordless one to hang in the wall was perfect! Now it just stands in the room . I’m SO disappointed. Now you will be asking why didn’t I contact you to complain, well first of all I would have had to go to tbe trouble if repacking, contacting a courier and worst of all paying for its return so No that wasnt and option, just marketing is the issue. And by the way I can find no place to register this item so that’s not done either . Very disappointed.i Daewoo.

Extremely poor customer service when things go wrong. Kettle leaked 10 days out of 1 year warranty. (Despite offering 3 years - required registration). Unwilling to stand by their product. Plenty of other companies out there offering decent customer service. Id avoid this one

I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you've faced with your kettle. We offer a free extended Guarantee which is in addition to your statutory rights however this is down to each individual customer on whether they decide to take this out as to the terms provided in the instruction manual that came with the appliance. I never actually received my air fryer. This wasn’t Daewoo fault as unfortunately I have the wrong postcode but their shipper Evri failed to re-deliver in spite of updating them with the correct postcode and address and chasing them several times. Daewoo refunded me without issue.

1500w ceramic radiator these are a great addition to your home especially between seasons when you don't want to heat the whole house cheap to run and portable so you can move it from room to room It takes a little bit to get up to temperature but once there gives out loads of heat look OK and simple to use recommend

The product had rust type discolouration at the rear of the interior. Customer service was helpful and arranged a puck up and replacement. The replacement became faulty after 3 uses. The seal on the inside of the door became detached, and condensation built up between the double glazed glass front. Customer service was again helpful and I was offered another replacement or refund. I opted for a refund as my confidence in the product was lost. Customer service was very good.
