“Microwave delivered with broken glass in door the courier who was to take it back rang bell and walked off before I could open my door and despite repeated emails sent to daewoo it has not been collected I have escalated it with pay pal DO not use , customer service is rubbish”

“Appliance failed after a week, it takes their "help" centre 24+hours to reply, they do not answer all your questions, no one person takes up your case, they seem to want to drag out the e-mail contact for as long as possible rather than sorting it out quickly and efficiently!”

“I was initially very happy with this product when I first used it to make salmon parcels. Booklet that came with it is not very helpful unless you want to cook just chips and chicken nuggets. I have had to trawl the internet to find out how to use it and still a little unhappy that it appears to take longer than promised to cook things like fish fingers for example. It would be helpful for a newbie to give much more information on how to use it.”

“Very happy with my little Daewoo fan heater. I carry it around the house with me to warm up whichever room I am in - it's efficient, lightweight and much cheaper to use than turning up the heating in the whole house.”

“I love my toaster it's the only one l have had that's toasted from top to bottom, l also have a kettle to match which l am pleased with. Came well packed and was quick on delivery. Thankyou.”

“I bought a Halogen air fryer and was disappointed to find the when using the baskets the high shelf legs would not go over the baskets. Shows them in place on the packaging but dangerous in practice if used.”
