Great product, shame about the delivery. The hot plate is easy and simple to use, quicker than using the main hob and stores away in the cupboard when not in use. The only problem we had was with the delivery from everyone's favourite delivery company 'EVRI'. Just dumped on the doorstep in the pouring rain without checking to see if there was anyone home as usual. Did complain to their website but no response ' as usual'.

Great idea to make a small versatile oven using lower wattage than the big oven which saves time and money when cooling meat

Kettle broken in 1 month, water leaking everywhere from the dial area. Emailed customer services and no response. Poor service and awful product.

Had to send constant emails to eventually get my items and when I opened my microwave it was dented on the top

CDs wouldn't play, 1 microphone doesn't work. Emailed but still had no response!! Poor product poor customer service. Never again!

Best price for the item I required. Some reviews mentioned internal lighting is dim they are quite correct but it doesn’t detract from the product or effect it’s performance. Very pleased with my simple to use compact microwave 👍👍

Ordered a food steamer which never arrived/left the warehouse. Had to make contact again and 2nd order placed. Terrible customer service and won't be ordering again.

Bad experience, dawoo used currier which never delivered my parcel. Had to wait 2 weeks then eventually got refund.
