Bought 20L 800 watt manual microwave to replace the same daewoo microwave I'd had for several years. Worst microwave ever. Very small and slow. Seems like 500 watt at most. Dont waste your money on this rubbish.

Ordered the £50 stair cleaner. It arrived with a few drops of water and detergent in it but the brush was clean so we were a little suspicious it had been used already and a new brush placed on it. We ordered direct from the manufacturer also not off eBay or a third party. Used about 4 litres of water (clean) and it literally draws back no exaggeration about 5% of the water in what appears and transpires about 2cm of dirty water. The suction is chronically poor! Returned back then got sent back. Customer services were very responsive no issues with them.

Fantastic little hoover , and that with three kids and a cat , very quick delivery, had problem with first one and was sent a replacement even quicker after 1 email , great customer service, would highly recommend five star plus plus plus

Damaged on arrival but replaced immediately we sent evidence. The only negative is as usual no telephone No to Ring.

No problem at all nice and quiet I leave mine on all night highest setting on fan is a bit noisy but all in all I'm very happy with it

Item arrived damaged, Daewoo responded very quickly and sent me a replacement without any quibbles. Very happy with the microwave and the customer service.

After looking around I purchased an electric blanket from Daewoo, item arrived in excellent time, was well made and worked well. What really impressed me is that when I made a query about the purchase guarantee etc, I received an almost immediate response from Daewoo, and this means a lot in my mind.

Bought a blender grinder machine. Stopped working. Had the receipt and registered for the 3 year warranty. Because they cannot find my warranty registration they are not honouring a replacement. A receipt is proof of purchase or not? Absolutely disgusted with their customer service. Why would i keep the receipt and the box if i hadn't registered the warranty? Warranty and receipt not worth the paper as clearly it doesn't count as proof of purchase!

Hi, We have checked again and no registration has been located under the details you have provided, you would of received confirmation via email when you purchased the product back in 2021 therefore please check your records as we are more than happy to arrange a replacement once this has been provided ?
