“Every aspect of this process was excellent. I purchased an Art deco bed and foam mattress from crafted beds. 1. customer service and communication are outstanding. I never waited 5 minutes for a response when I enquired about delivery times and bed design. 2. I asked for my bed to be made faster, and they did everything they could to accommodate me. 3. They provided me with swatches, and the names were handwritten, which was just a nice personal touch. and the fabric is such nice quality too! 4. The assembly was perfect. both the delivery drivers and crafted beds communicated with me on my delivery day. they assembled my bed super quick, with no mess or hassle, and placed the mattress on top. 5. they followed up with an email to make sure I was happy, and I was! The foam mattress is super comfortable. The bed is just like the picture, very well made, with perfect finishing, and neatly done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!”

“I bought the Art Deco upholstered bed. It is incredibly good value. The bed is a high quality product - very sturdy. The headboard is beautifully made with very good quality fabric and I'm very happy with my purchase several months in to using it. I also opted to have the bed put together for me. The guys who delivered it were nice and very efficient. I found communication with the company about my order, time of delivery etc to be a good experience. Would highly recommend Crafted Beds!”

“Excellent service from start to finish. The team responded to a specific request to customise the bed legs and also ensured they prioritised the build and delivery in time for a special occasion. Delivery team were efficient and assembled the bed in a speedy and professional manner. Quality of bed is excellent and looks stunning in our daughters "new" bedroom. She is more than happy. “We are so very happy with our daughter’s new bed, needed a small double to fit her room and this size is so hard to find. So happy with the choice available from Crafted Beds, lots of colour options and designs to choose from and the quality is wonderful. We bought the mattress also and it’s the comfiest she has ever had. 10/10 for customer service too, very helpful and knowledgeable. A wonderful experience, we will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Thank you!”

“Crafted were very helpful when I had a lot of strange and dumb questions and were patient throughout. They helped me throughout the whole process which allowed me to purchase the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on. Coming up on a couple months now and every night has been a dream. “I ordered the Horton Luxe ottoman bed from Crafted Beds with full headboard, checked the reviews and saw that paying to have the bed made up for you is well worth it!, so I did that. (Very pleased I did, took all the hassle out of it!) First purchase on a bit of a wing and a prayer. I've never bought an item of furniture online without seeing it in person before so I was a bit nervous! Needn't have worried. Bed was delivered in about a week! Great quality, looks lovely and son very pleased. Excellent communication from the company throughout and good value. In fact we liked it so much I then went back to them and ordered another for my mum but this time with a mattress too! Another great success!”

“Excellent service start to finish. Brian arranged for me to speak to a member of production to discuss my elderly mums needs. She has severe arthritis throughout her body and can only lie on her back. He recommended a specific mattress that he’d put extra filling around the edges and hand stitch it for for extra support when she sat on it. Brian arranged for the headboard to be shorter to accommodate her room and for collection and disposal of her old bed. Honestly they couldn’t have done more. Mums new bed and mattress arrived as promised and the old one taken away. Mums delighted with it and has had her first decent sleep for ages. She’s no longer waking up thru the night in pain and the severe back pain she was experiencing when first getting out of bed has gone!! This is supposed to be a short review but I can’t recommend them highly enough for service and product quality. Excellent value for money too!”

“My bed arrived so quickly, and the assembly took next to no time. They showed me how to work the gas lift and were really helpful. I absolutely adore the bed!! It’s so elegant and excellent quality. The ottoman gas lift storage has been a game changer for me as we have limited storage in our small house. Thank you crafted beds! :)”
