“Amazing delivery service , beautiful bed and friendly people”

“Having started to decorate my bedroom, I decided I needed a new bed. I had heard many good things about Crafted Beds, so I visited their website. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but the process was highly competitive and looked value for money. The bed arrived some 8 days after the order. I paid for installation, and after 30 minutes, the bed was in position and ready to be made up. I was pleased that the colour was exactly what I had imagined, and the construction of both the bed and headboard was superb. After nearly 15 years of using the old spring mattress, the new 2000 spring mattress has been so comfortable that I get a good night's sleep and no longer have backaches in the morning. I also ordered an ottoman for that extra storage in the future. The excellent-quality gas struts make it easy to lift such a heavy mattress. To recap, it was delivered within the time frame, made very well, looked fantastic and most importantly, is very comfortable - it can only be five stars from me. Thanks, Crafted Beds.”

“Amazing company. So quick sending through fabric samples, was easy to order and delivered on time exactly when they said would, Communicating with me the whole time. Brian even emailed after delivery to check the beds were all ok. Thank you so much.”

“I have purchased several beds, all of excellent quality, after having to return more expensive products to other providers due to poor quality. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Not only is the quality top notch, their customer service is equally fantastic. They are super responsive and the after care has been brilliant. They replaced a part completely free of charge after my daughter broke a bracket on her bed a year after purchase - this wasn’t a reflection on the quality of the product, it was entirely self inflicted damage. Despite this they didn’t hesitate to sort it for us. Thank you Brian.”

“The art deco upholstered bed and orthopaedic mattress are absolutely perfect, the quality is impeccable, so sturdy and strong. My daughter loves her new bed fit for a queen. Delivery was easy and assembly was quick, they left no mess, just a bed ready to be made. Thank you crafted beds!”

“I ordered a double ottaman bed and headboard last year which has been a great buy. The storage space under the bed is great and I’ve been able to get a lot of items nicely packed out of the way. Since then I also ordered a single ottaman bed and headboard for my son as he loved mine so much. I paid to have them made at the house which was well worth it. The guys were in and out within 20/30 minutes. No mess made and bed ready to be made up and sleep in. Correspondance from Brian at Crafted Beds was also first-rate. I had questions which were answered fast and was also kept up to date on delivery date & times. Would highly Recommend.”

“Excellent service from Brian and a wonderful bed and mattress. The bed was ready very quickly and Brian was really accommodating about the delivery. It arrived on time and was assembled very quickly. The bed is absolutely beautiful and so well made. I can’t believe how much storage is in the ottoman and the gas lift is easy to use. Thoroughly recommend!”

“Received my new bed and mattress a few weeks ago and I'm really impressed with the quality of workmanship. Very comfortable and a great choice of colours to suit every taste.
