“I ordered the Horton Luxe ottoman bed from Crafted Beds with full headboard, checked the reviews and saw that paying to have the bed made up for you is well worth it!, so I did that. (Very pleased I did, took all the hassle out of it!) First purchase on a bit of a wing and a prayer. I've never bought an item of furniture online without seeing it in person before so I was a bit nervous! Needn't have worried. Bed was delivered in about a week! Great quality, looks lovely and son very pleased. Excellent communication from the company throughout and good value. In fact we liked it so much I then went back to them and ordered another for my mum but this time with a mattress too! Another great success!”

“Excellent service start to finish. Brian arranged for me to speak to a member of production to discuss my elderly mums needs. She has severe arthritis throughout her body and can only lie on her back. He recommended a specific mattress that he’d put extra filling around the edges and hand stitch it for for extra support when she sat on it. Brian arranged for the headboard to be shorter to accommodate her room and for collection and disposal of her old bed. Honestly they couldn’t have done more. Mums new bed and mattress arrived as promised and the old one taken away. Mums delighted with it and has had her first decent sleep for ages. She’s no longer waking up thru the night in pain and the severe back pain she was experiencing when first getting out of bed has gone!! This is supposed to be a short review but I can’t recommend them highly enough for service and product quality. Excellent value for money too!”

“My bed arrived so quickly, and the assembly took next to no time. They showed me how to work the gas lift and were really helpful. I absolutely adore the bed!! It’s so elegant and excellent quality. The ottoman gas lift storage has been a game changer for me as we have limited storage in our small house. Thank you crafted beds! :)”

“WOW I got to be honest best bed ever . It's heavy, so comfy and very well made. Brian was fantastic I asked for specific date as I was having bedroom refurnished and I had it on the date requested, they guys built it for us and they also were fantastic would definitely recommend Crafted Beds quality beds and mattress”

“We ordered two ottoman beds in velvet and they are absolutely beautiful. The quality of the beds is excellent and they are great value for money. Definitely pay to have the beds made up by the deliveteam. Money well spent.”
