“I had a wonderful experience with Crafted Beds. After ordering fabric swatches, they were unfortunately delayed by Royal Mail, which has been happening frequently with my post. Because of this, I couldn’t select a colour without seeing the swatches first. Once they arrived, I was in urgent need of the bed, so I reached out to Crafted Beds via email. Brian promptly responded and assured me they would prioritise my order. True to his word, Brian and the team turned the bed around in just four days! The bed itself is exceptional—sturdy, beautifully made, and of outstanding quality. I’m absolutely thrilled with it and highly recommend Crafted Beds. A huge thank you to Brian and the entire team for their amazing service!”

“My new kingsize bed is an absolute dream! From browsing to ordering and receiving the goods has been a smooth and easy process Brian, has been brilliant from start to finish even contacting me after to see if I was happy with my purchase. I highly rate this company. My parents, daughter and friends are also very impressed and are planning their purchases also. This company makes ‘dreams’ look rubbish! I wouldn’t purchase anywhere else other than this company. I ordered a solid base kingsize ottoman divan along with the kingsize comfort 3000 mattress and a chesterfield whinged headboard and matching blanket box. You really are buying quality handmade furniture. Thanx again to Brian and his team.”

“I was wary of ordering from Crafted Beds as I had not heard of them before however the variety of different Bed's on offer kept drawing me back to the website. I took the plunge and ordered a new bed for my Daughter and it did not dissapoint! We are over the moon with bed, it is excellently made and clearly great quality materials have been used. Brian in customer services answered my emails almost immediately and no question was too much trouble, he kept me informed with the delivery status and it was very accuarate, the bed also arrived very well packaged. Brian has even sent me an email after delivery to check that everything is ok. I can't fault this company and would reccomend 100% you won't be dissapointed!”
