I'm sorry you have only been able to give a 2star review on on Cocuun as the bookings have been done by the client not from the Cocuun office, we have attended according to their scheduling. They left a big hole in my kitchen for nearly 3 weeks letting the cold in . They didn't plaster the ceiling where they changed the fan in bathroom or kitchen. Didn't show us how to use the new appliances so in 4 day we used over 100 pound in electric. Shocking service to be. How every they have made things right now and everything they done since had been 10 out 10.”
