“It would help if someone knew what an appointment means . They never turn up for them. Couldn’t care less about the property they are working on. I have ended up with a hole in my living room ceiling. Nobody seems interested in putting it right. Disgusted doesn’t do my feelings justice. I’m looking to take my complaint further.”
Good day Mrs Wright, we have been in contact and assured you an artex repair will resolve the issue. I am sorry this has not been sorted quicker for you, but be assured, it is in progress and the team have previously repaired the hole, it is only the artex which needs repairing.
As this is not our run of the mill services we have need to outsource an installer for this, to ensure it is resolved to a high standard.
“Wish the property had been left un touched. The workmen were disrespectful of belongings. They didn’t cover carpets or remove their boots. They never made appointments just turned up when they wanted. Quality of products not to the standard that got removed. Property now going damp in certain rooms. Still trying to clean building materials from walls and carpets. Totally unhappy.”
