“Firstly they left me with no heating or hot water for nearly 24 hours . I have a disabled child.
They left a big hole in my kitchen for nearly 3 weeks letting the cold in . They didn't plaster the ceiling where they changed the fan in bathroom or kitchen. Didn't show us how to use the new appliances so in 4 day we used over 100 pound in electric. Shocking service to be. How every they have made things right now and everything they done since had been 10 out 10.”
