“I’ve bought feed from other sellers before and poor packaging has resulted in ripped and split bags (and a lot of mess!). I was really pleased that Chestnut Mill packed the feed carefully so it arrived in one piece! Thanks!”

“Chestnut Mill Limited have been so good to us. It was nearly a year ago that we put in an order for a the Lodge Playhouse. While we were waiting for it we employed someone to prepare the base for it but he turned out to be a rogue builder who ruined the area we were hoping to put The Lodge onto. Chestnut Mill remained very patient with us as we tried to sort out the muddle we had been left with. We then had second thoughts on The Lodge thinking we had bought something too large for our size of garden so asked if we could down size to Hatters House. Chestnut Mill remained patient with us and asked if we had 18” around the area for the builders from Shires. After measuring we realised there wasn’t the required distance so we had to downsize once more to The Croft. Having settled on this, Shires came very soon after the order was put in and put the house up in around 3.5 hours on the new patio that had been built for it. They were very efficient and quietly got on with the task. Our grandchildren of 7 and 4 were so thrilled when they saw it the next day and spent the whole day in it. I would thoroughly recommend Chestnut Mill for their professionalism and speed of delivery and quality of product. Many thanks!”

“We happy with the shed. Only need to point out that the Delivery was left to be desired. We were told that the shed was due to arrive between 10am to 2pm At 3 pm I was wondering why it hadn't arrived. So I walked out to the yard and found the shed there and when I checked the tracking it arrived at 1218 pm Which was all good. I was not impressed that they didn't call or reached out to let us know and even to sign for it. Our neighbours once left stuff in the yard and it was stolen . Hence the comments above”

“I purchased a three seater bench and when it arrived it was in 4 sections which were very easy to assemble everything was provided and we are so pleased with it. It’s well made solid and looks really good. It is really good value for money.”

“Excellent quality item, good and solid. If I have a complaint, it is a minor one, the nuts and bolts supplied are a little thin and make it hard to get a suitable tightness due to the shape of the item and the size of the fitted holes, the bolt head locking at an angle, the same for the nut, whilst not secure enough to ensure stability.”

“Fabulous company to purchase from, great prices, fast delivery and superb customer service! When part of my order was lost during delivery, not only did I get a response to my email instantly (and it was late at night) the replacement arrived within a couple of days.
