“Did what was required. Given al they do is pass the order to the manufacturer, it's all about the price. The manufacturer shows little interest, but there were faults with their product. Not chestnut mill's fault as they never see it.”

“I know you posted the item I purchased but the courier company just left it on my driveway as they are well aware people just go round looking for opportunities like this and take them, even they couldn’t be bothered to knock on the door when someone is always at home.!!”

Thank you for your feedback, and we certainly apologise for the issue you had with the initial delivery. This is certainly not our usual standard of service and have taken this up with the couriers. Upon you informing us that you had not go the parcel, we responded within 24 hours and got a replacement parcel sent out for you ASAP once a short investigation had completed with the couriers to ensure the parcel was un-recoverable. I hope you feel this service made up for the initial problem you had with the courier, that was unfortunately out of our control. You should now have had this second delivery and hope your birds are enjoying their food.
