“I have not actually unpacked the beautiful arch I purchased yet but this wee firm is so lovely to work with. They have been so helpful and followed through every step of the way. The product was not in stock but they promised to let me know if and when it came back in stock again and they contacted me timeously so that I eventually managed to buy it. I live in Scotland but still delivery was free and tracked at every step. Arrived the day after it was sent out, which was amazing considering how long it’s journey was.”
