“These little bird baths which stand on the groud are fabulous because they have ridges round them and so any insects that happen to go in for a drink can, hopefully, get out ok. I also purchased these because we do have quite a few hedgehogs and these will also be easy for them to use to - so not just birds and insects! Nice items, look very nice and arrived very quickly - beautifully packaged and in good condition. Would recommend.”

“I brought 5 bags of Versele Laga Austru 1 & 2 Pellet - 20 kg, they're delivery and price was good, and the delivery arrived quicker than I expected. For info finding a stockists of Versele Laga Austru 1 & 2 Pellets is hard especially if you need delivery.”

“I’ve bought feed from other sellers before and poor packaging has resulted in ripped and split bags (and a lot of mess!). I was really pleased that Chestnut Mill packed the feed carefully so it arrived in one piece! Thanks!”

“Chestnut Mill Limited have been so good to us. It was nearly a year ago that we put in an order for a the Lodge Playhouse. While we were waiting for it we employed someone to prepare the base for it but he turned out to be a rogue builder who ruined the area we were hoping to put The Lodge onto. Chestnut Mill remained very patient with us as we tried to sort out the muddle we had been left with. We then had second thoughts on The Lodge thinking we had bought something too large for our size of garden so asked if we could down size to Hatters House. Chestnut Mill remained patient with us and asked if we had 18” around the area for the builders from Shires. After measuring we realised there wasn’t the required distance so we had to downsize once more to The Croft. Having settled on this, Shires came very soon after the order was put in and put the house up in around 3.5 hours on the new patio that had been built for it. They were very efficient and quietly got on with the task. Our grandchildren of 7 and 4 were so thrilled when they saw it the next day and spent the whole day in it. I would thoroughly recommend Chestnut Mill for their professionalism and speed of delivery and quality of product. Many thanks!”

“I purchased a three seater bench and when it arrived it was in 4 sections which were very easy to assemble everything was provided and we are so pleased with it. It’s well made solid and looks really good. It is really good value for money.”

“Excellent quality item, good and solid. If I have a complaint, it is a minor one, the nuts and bolts supplied are a little thin and make it hard to get a suitable tightness due to the shape of the item and the size of the fitted holes, the bolt head locking at an angle, the same for the nut, whilst not secure enough to ensure stability.”
