“Bit of struggle getter it together thankfully my husband is very good at these things . The pierces didn't fit smoothly and needed some chiseling out. Overall I'm very pleased with the finished look of the arch and the quality of the product when eventually put together looks very pleasing. Not a job for anyone that's not DIY proficient”

“Corner Gdn Arbour Comes in plain wood pieces so needs the wood treatment, primer, undercoat & topcoat applied. Then screwing together. Completed product very good.”

“Whilst the products arrived, each time the boxes were broken and bag’s ripped. When speaking with the man on the phone all I got was fault deflection, no apology , just an abrupt ‘well it’s not our fault’. When I suggested using better tape or stronger boxes , I got ‘ that costs more money’ to which I replied with , it must cost more money replacing the items ~ well no it doesn’t cost more money as they never replace the items! It’s resulted in my going elsewhere, somewhere, where there is good customer service and where they take care in their packaging”

“I was having difficulty finding Turkey Crumb, but Chestnut Mill had it and although they advertise a 7-14 day turnaround, the crumb was here within 5 days. It was exactly what I needed. I will be definitely coming back to their online shop again.”

“We absolutely love our new garden chairs! The service with Chestnut Mill was quick and easy. The chairs are great quality and we have already had lots of complements about them!
